Aquila - The Aquila Suite (1970 RCA this re Klimt)

Just grazy.. how there still exists this kind of ol music i'm nuts about.  I now again wonder why this for example great group did not achieve more.. a career for example. Only one record album and then the state of being forgotten. Enjoyable!

Wild Butter - S/T (1970 UA)

I today got another copy of this vinyl album. I picked my first copy in 2009 here in Finland and this was sent me from Brooklyn. I have rewieved this on this blog in Finnish in 2009 and gave then 8,3 out of 10. Very good/interesting record endeed and the grazy/surrealistic, a bit Magritte style front cover art by painter Hans Weingaertner (1893-1970)  is something i really like too.

Camel - Testpressing

Found out i own this test pressing. Worth more than normal copies?

Sandy Hurvitz - Sandy's Album Is Here At Last (1968 Verve)

I love this album. Very pure, intensive and relaxing. Sunday morning music. Fornunatelly FZ did not have time to screw this up. Sandy may still think she was cheated by FZ but she one day will realize the truth. One of my top ten albums. Tree of Trees: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQIC0LO8o3g

Toe Fat - Two (1970 Rare Earth)

I find this even better than their debut. Guitar driven hard rock at its best. (Here without Hensley and Kerslake).  A New Way:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cM9wo7N9ZVY

Toe Fat - S/T (1970 this re by Soundvision)

A head-fingferprint of fortcoming Heep with a flavour of Purple? Sounds very good. I like. Hipgnosis?

Kevin Ayers - Joy Of A Toy (1969 Harvest this re)

Quite extraordinary/peculiar stuff from early Canterbury underground. Playfull. Very worth giving a spin or three. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3qqfsDvcc0

Next day: I have listened this aagin and again today and i have the same kind feeling when i found Frank Zappa's music first time, I never got bored and allways found something new in it. I know there must be over fifty records on my top ten list but i have to try to cram this there too. Especially the whole side two is a perfect entirety of pure ingeniousness.
